If an employee has a writtne contract signed by the employers stating they will get 3700 each year for bonuses does this mean the employer can take it

If an employee has a written contract w/ their employer regarding bonuses can the employer take that bonuses away at anytime at their discretion?

I'm not sure of what you are asking. A employer cannot give you a bonus (cash or check) and ask for the return of the money.

Bonuses are performance based. If you have met your objectives throughout the year, you are eligible for a bonus. If you were a poor perfomer, you would probably not receive a bonus. I would ask the Manager during your performance review.
