If fired how long does a company have to give me my paycheck

I was fired and would like to get my check

Might depend upon the state law, but, for example, in Oregon, if you are fired, final paycheck is due no later than end of next business day. Do a search on the internet for your state - enter your state name and then "wage and hour divsion". Hope this helps!
