Do the members of the Board if directors who made the decision in question, get to vote with the rest of the membership to let the decision stand or to revoke the Board's decision?

Well it somewhat depends on what the operating by-laws are of the corporation but generally, the board of directors is elected from the membership so therefore they would continue to have a vote in the general membership if it came to that.
