If you hire a financial adviser, will they help you prepare your taxes too?

Since it's almost that time of the year and I was thinking of hiring a CFP, can I get more bang for my buck by having them prepare taxes as well or do they not do that?

You will need to ask them, some CFP's do offer this service, but not many, but they should be able to refer you to someone they find trustworthy.

Yes, they are very different, go to a tax specialist to do your taxes, not a financial planner.
