Illinois Labor Laws

Let's say you work a 12 hour shift how many breaks are you entitled to paid and unpaid. Does Illinois Law state that an employee is entitled to 2 fifteen minute breaks and a 30 minute meal break. If an employee only takes a 20 minute meal break is that break time paid or unpaid

If the employee only takes a 20 min lunch break, that should be unpaid, as it is lunch.

are you trying to figure out if you should have more breaks then you are getting, or getting paid for more breaks then you are getting?
