Is there a grace period in Florida for late rent

My daughter and son in law have a bussiness in which they rent
auto tech, the landlors is requiring a 10% late fee if the rent is not paid on time Tjat comes to 180 dollars.... was wondering if there is a grace period or can that go in affect the very next day the rent is due

It all depends on the lease that was signed and the terms in that lease.
