I have a partnership with my brother but we don't split the money in half. I recently found out that he had a child outside of marriage and he might get child support placed on him. Will they determine the amount he has to give the baby's mother based on what the co makes?

It's based on his personal income, her income, and the number of overnights each parent spends with the kids. If he has equity in the company that would be a consideration, but they can't take money away from the company.

The babys mom doesn't let my brother keep the baby. If he wants to see the baby he must go to her house and spend time with the baby under her supervision.
