S Corporation sale

Do I need to hire an attorney for the sale of my S corporation, or can my wife and I transfer our shares ourselves? Thank You

Xxx- I am not an attorney, but I used attorney to handle the sale of my S-Corp, and would not even consider not having one. SIze, exposure , liability may affect your decision, but I think an attorney and accountant to be money well spent. And I normally do limit my use of attorneys on most matters
