Go the county court and see the county clerk about making an application for an honorably discharged servicemember. Some states the fees are waived. Then application is forwarded to the state and usually in about 2 wks the county will get an answer which most times is favorable. Take a picture which they will let you know the size to be placed on the license. Make sure you take a pictured id and your DD214 when you make the application.
