Third party litigation and contractual rights

I have been a third party contractor with Dish Network for the past 8 years. They have neglected to inform us when monies are delayed or not paid to us at all due to their returns department just making errors or their computers having a glitch ect... They constantly change the day to day processes making it nearly impossible for us as a 3rd party contractor to make a profit. We have been lied to and misled by our General Manager in several instances and if we complain or ask for help then we are repremended by not receiving any jobs for the next day or we get just a few really bad messed up low paying servie calls. I couls go on and on but I would like to know if there is anything a lawyer could do for us to sue Dish for several reasons which I have only named a few.
We do have a general liability policy naming them as an additional insured and I have been reading through it and it just seems like there are at least a couple of ways we could sue them for treating us like we have to do what ever they say and too bad if they decide not to send me the jobs until 8:00pm at night while I have been waiting and checking my computer since 4pm which is the time I had been told several times by my GM that we would have jobs sent to us by then and that way I can route and call my guys and customers and still make it to the dinner table. I have suffered major depression and anxiety over all the things they expect us to do and they lie and make up anything they want to not to pay u
