Trademark Infringement

I had registered my company name as a word mark, I have been using this name since the early 1970's. I recently, while browsing the web came across a company that started using my registered name as part of their company name in Mississauga, Ontario. Their headquarters is in Maryland. My question is how can I stop them from using my registered trademark.

You should have an attorney send them a 'cease and desist' letter immediately, instructing them to stop using your mark in any format or medium.
