Tradename Sale

If a tradename is a registered S-Corp and an entity wants to purchase only the tradename and not the S- Corp is that possible and what steps must be taken in order to purchase only the tradename? In addition, must the seller of the tradename dissolve the related S-Corp?

For example: My Tradename is ABC, Inc. and my S- Corp is alos ABC, Inc.
