I would think your 1st stop would be the city health dept, and then on to the city hall to get your vendors lic, with this cart you have to keep tempature controls at all times and thats why i say go to the health, dept, 1st , they will advise you on tempatrue control , and cleaning issuses, and all the rules and regs,
