What are the requlations for accessible handicapped parking in wv - how far can a parking garage be from the work site ?
I would like to know how far a parking garage can be from a disabled persons work site. I live in the state of WV. We have a parking garage 3 blocks from building with 4 handicapped parking places close to elevator on on 8 floors but I can't walk the 3 blocks without pain.
