Lately, employer listing are asking for in knowlegge in SOX Compliance for processing Payroll (checks and balances). What are these rules or where is a good source to go to or read up on?

Sarbanes Oxley really doesn't have a lot to do in regards to payroll, unless it's making sure that any monies allocated for payroll are just that. At least that's my undertanding. FYI, Wikpedia does a good job of summarizing the SOX main points.
