What can I do to protect myself

I had to take Monday off for a medical test. I pulled my boss aside explained I was needing the time off and she oked it. On my day off she anounces to the office that I am out for medical test and I am very sick. Then I get a write up Wendesday for not doing somthing on Monday. I know this was not write, but I am not sure since she is good friends with her boss what to do.
