What class action law suit do I go to for Store managers working way over the hours, there suppose to work?

Store managers that work for dollar general, has to get the freight out in 48 hrs. even thou they don't have a full crew, But they do not want you to stay after closing. So how do you get the freight out if you don't have enought people, nor enought hours to do it in. The freight comes in on tuesday, and they expect you to get this out in 48 hrs. which would be on a thursday. But you have to deal with everybodys others jobs , Because jobs at dollar general are only part time except if you are a key holder. Usually they are the only ones with 30 hrs each key holder, other than the store manager, and since she is salary they expect her to get everything done and everything to be in order, for when the dm comes in and checks the store out ..
