What is the difference in service or quality from you and an attorney outside.
Last time I used an attorney to incorporate our biz. I paid about $1,400 to do this. How does it differ from the service you provide and the quality of service? Only want to do this once and not regret using & paying for what I get. What are the pro's & con's to using this service?
I also need to draw up a contract to sell the exisiting biz we own after 23 years in biz. I have lots of ? about the new biz and sale of old biz. Can you help with both?
