What kind of food am i allowed to use?

If i choose not to go to the health department, i need a list of food that i am allowed to use......like doughnuts & stuff like that, i know....but if you could send me a list, that would be great, thanks!

Probably anything that is pre-bought that you do not have to cook yourself.

if you have to cook it, i would assume you can't use it

Anything that is in a sealed package. Like doughnuts that are sealed in plastic, not like krispy creme doughnuts which are not sealed. Cany Bars, bagged popcorn, etc.
