I have never seen any one ask for a licence for selling farm produce, i think this is exmept, from that, you might want to pay state taxes, but i dont know any one that does, i think just sell that good garden stuff, and let her go, i know thats the way we do here in ky, we can sell any thing from the farm , and not have to pay any thing to do it, they are farmers markets here every where, from the big city to the small road side stand, and they dont pay , except to set up at anothers place , like a 5.00 fee, for the use of their place, but your state may be diff , dont think it is, garden stuff, is exempt
