What should our company do?

We own a backhoe service business (diggin resdiental foundations) my lawyer refered us to do an s-corp i just don't think it benefits our company. It seems like have alot of paper work and that we pay alot of taxes. We have been in business 3 years and it seems as if we have alot of debt. We still have not seen our company make any profit and we have a high accountant bill. should we do an llc or stay with the s-corp?
