What sort of disclaimer do I need on a proposal to protect my idea?

We are presenting an idea to a multinational company and want to be sure that they cannot use our idea with another supplier. What can I put into the proposal to be sure we are protected?

Well, you should have "Propietary and Confidential" on every page of the document. Your lawyer will probably insist on an NDA or MNDA (Non Disclosure Agreement or Mutual Non- Disclosure Agreement) though I'll tell you, those are hard and costy to go back and claim damanges on. My suggestion would be to provide only enough informaiton for them to understand what you are proposing but not enough to give away all the thoughts on execution. If it is a large corporation wiht ops in your home country, they won't want to do anything too blatent to steal your ideas.
