Call Ford Credit, They should tell you who took the vehicle.
In Arkansas they are required by law to let you have all personal items not attached to the car.

If your car was stolen then you should have already notified the authorities. If it was reposessed than the laws vary from state to state. Any personall items left in the vehicle could possibly be forfited due to the reposession.
