Who can control the buisness in Corporation?
Two persons forms a Corporation and one person holds seventy five percent share and other holds twenty five percent share for a total share capital of one thousand dollars. After that they put money of their own and borrow from outside source as well.Whether a person who holds seventy five percent ( Majority Share Holder )can ask the minority shareholder to move out of the buisness and whether a majority shareholder can take full financial and day to day control in buisness? Can majority shareholder even debar minority shareholder from entering into buisness also?
