Is a permit required for a shed or storage building in Josephine county, if the shed or storage building is only 10 X 10 or 12 X 12 OR? what size?

I don't think the county would care to much, it is more a matter of the sub division that you live in.

5 acre parcel in the county on wood land zoned, two famliy setup.

On 5 acres, you should be able to build a 10x10 or a 12x12 shed. I'm sure you have lots of toys and lawn mowers to put in there

That is what I would think also. I know years ago you were allowed a 10X10. But I heard some one say they changed it 2 10 X 20. Thanks. Loyd....
