Can I (personally) file for a early dismissal from a felony case if have completed all of the conditions and the probation officer is in agreement.

I am without funds to pay an attorney so I want to know if I can do it myself or can a paralegal do it for me? My case is in Texas, to be specific, Crockett County. I live in California and I have done 6 of a 10 year sentence for drugs with intent to deliver.

Have a public defender assigned to your case , the courts will have to do this, for you, and have them review the case for you, then they will file all paper work,

Yes you can, your probation officer should even be able to help you you need to file a motion for early release of your probation your probation officer may even be able to ask the judge for you to be released early for you have completed all court orders and your officer agrees with your early release from probation. Talk with your probation officer, they can't technically give you legal advice but they sure can be helpful
