Court cases involving a client not taking the house from the builder

A builder has a signed contract for the buyer to buy the house with a 60,000 down payment. The buyer at the very end now reufuses to buy the house and the builder refuses to give her back her money. The buyer is in breach of contract and the market value has gone down now. Are their any cases like this unusual one.
Thanks,
tammy

Builder completed the contract ==now buyer wants to stick the builder with allcosts to build it the buyer is in for a rude awakening they may loose 60000 plus house the market will probably come back but it has nothing to do with the contract the builder still has to pay for labor and material and take back 60000 the court wont let the buyer do it
