Resurfacing a pool is not for a novice ==surface prep is of prime importance cracks repaired properly old serface striped sanded and etched . the material for the plaster you get from a suplier and material should have its own instructions ==then an epoxy finish with or without marble dust . even a professional company with skilled people may take weeks to do the job dependant on the condition of your pool. it is not something to under take with out knowledeable help.
