How can we or who can solve this problem?

Have LEDV-3 residential bolier. Installed 1998, producing soot at the boiler and at the outside vent. Local service mans comments "It's not supposed to do that!". He cleaned boiler, changed oil filter, checked pump pressure (140#), checked draft (0), changed rope gasket at circular door 3 mos. ago. Problem still exists. Solution ?

Sounds like the burnner is not adjusted properly may be you need a new boiled man call the manufactuer and request a co. in your area that have qualified techs for their equiprment
