I had deck king installed on a second floor balcony. After it rains I have roughly a 12 inch x 12 inch puddle on the deck. Is this common and is it okay. I never had any leaks.

Is it common?... maybe... Is it okay?... no. Standing water causes problems, dis-coloring, mold, rotting, etc. The deck should have a slight slope away from the structure that keep this from happening. I would advise you to take pictures of the problem and review your service contract & warranty and give them a call. If your out of warranty, it's going to be something you want to keep an eye on so the water never sits too long.
