I have a 5% loss in my right knee also work restrictions witch include no kneeling ,crawling,squating,ihave been aunion carpenter for 17 years

I can no longer do my job as a carpenter. i was injured at work and the inc company does not want to pay for retraining what can i do

Does not your union have provisions for this also did you have workmans comp both should have provisions for retraining ===while you check those out ckeck into local tech schools for priceing for what you may want to do you may have to sue one or both for retraining
