First there are two kinds of rubber rooves. but i remember watching a video on modular construction once and i'll tell you what you have. you have a " glue down" epdm roof. you need to buy a piece of epdm you can get this this at a local roof supply center, but better to try and find a piece this size at a commercial job/roofer etc. because it normally comes in rolls of 10'x 50' smallest i've seen. but home depot and other garden places sell it by the foor as pond liner.

go to a commercial roofing supply and tell them you need seem lap glue for epdm rubber a galln if they have it that small. and now for installl

on a dry day, take a piece of sandpaper an rough up,(not destroy) with a few quick passes on all areas 6" out from the hole your patchingwipe down with rubbing alchohol and cut you piece so it overlaps the damaged area by 6" on all sides. taking a cheap paintbrush or paint stirer smooth out h the seam cement and make it uniformly thick a little more then just wet looking.place the rubber over the hole ind presess lightly in the cement. using a bottle or pie roller quicly roll the seams just enought to get the air out takes 40 seconds and then your done when you see cement creap out on the edge or rubber patch...

there you go , glad to help.
