What if a Lumber place does not give you credit on a door you purchase

I brought a dsoor. At SutherLAnds. They told me the door was damage. I told them i needed antoher door. They did not give me anything. The Store manager was white!

The problem is that the door has damage and not resaleable the manager has guide lines he has to operate from it does not matter what his color is--- other stores like lowes and home depot have a more liberal exchange policy and you dont have to do business with them == if you think you were treated unfairly call their corporate headquartes coustomer service they dont like complaints you may stand a better chance

Was the door damaged when you bought it or after you took it home. If the door was damaged when you bought it then they should replace the door. If the door was damaged later then it is your door and the lumber company will not replace it whether you are black, brown, white, or red color.
