The Associated Press contacted several Book Publishers who said Casey Anthony is too tainted for a book deal.

I still believe there will be a book deal. Jose Baez will find some publisher who is willing to take a chance on Casey Anthony's infamous notoriety. What do you think?

I think there will be a book deal. I imagine, in fact, that several writers have already written books on her based on her trial. One of them is sure to be willing to cut her in, in exchange for her personal account of events from her point of view. She'll get some benefit; you can count on it.

The faster they are able to bring the book to market, the more money she will make from it. They will be rushing to beat the reporters who are also working on book deals.

She may be too "tainted' to have her name as the primary author. However, if she contributes significantly to someone else's book, you know she will receive a sizeable fee.

It will also be interesting to see what other deals get pulled together.

Too tainted? I seriously doubt if. If that were the deciding factor, O.J. Simpson would never have published his tell-all book If I Did It. Potential for profit will determine whether a book deal is made. If there is an expectation that money can be made, the story will be told.

It may be that certain publishers would rather not sully their reputations by association with Casey Anthony, but I'm confident that one will eventually emerge to exploit the opportunity.

I am in total agreement with you. We will soon see some books surfacing. What I wonder is what they can say in the books. I watched the entire trial and I still do not know what happened. No one else does other than Casey Anthony and we know she is not talking. So what is the book going to tell us? Thanks for your observation.
