Adultery and Custody

Depends on where you live but in Colorado, no. It's got nothing to do with the kids as the court look at the relationship with the kids and the parents. However, it can have an impact on Alimony - which is different than child support.

Do you live in a No Fault state? If so, adultery probably doesn't matter to the court and shouldn't affect child custody.
