Can a child be taken from a parent with out permission

My mother wants my child and says shes gona take custody with out my permission con it be done

Well not unless the court has taken the child from you for some reason. The grandparents can't just take custody of their grandchild or grandchildren. As long as you are a good mother caring for your child you should have nothing to worry about. If cPS is not involved then your fine, although I do not understand why a granparent would threaten you with taking your child unless there is a concern for the child because he or she is not being cared for. If cPS is not involved then I would not worry about it,they would have to take you to court and prove your unfit and that is hard to prove. You never said what all was going on so i can't tell you to much,if your hiding anything or not,hopefully not. good luck
