Can you provide me with case law that supports why a mother should not have to submit to a psychological evaluation?

When living with my boyfriend at the time, I unfortunately have displayed a hot temper--yelling, crying hysterically; never hitting, but pushing him away from me when he would get in my face which he; of course, deems as "hostile." A few months ago, he took our daughter from my residence and never brought her back. After 18 days of researching my rights and finding the daycare of which he was hiding her as he worked, I found I was able to retrieve her directly from the daycare. I filed a case in Court to gain shared parenting of our daughter. He's trying to gain full custody granting me supervised visitation by saying I'm unfit and motioning the Court to have me submit to a very costly psychological evaluation. I hold a BA in psychology (as well as a BA in Org Com from Rollins College and an AS in Paralegal Studies from VCC) so it's no problem passing but I don't feel I should have to take a psy eval or pay to take something that costly.

I have never intentionally harmed my daughter psychologically or physically. Can you provide me with case law that would support why an educated mother who has never been institutionalized should not have to submit to a costly and unnecessary psychological evaluation? I would like to use them as my defenses to oppose his motion. I instead have motioned the Court to provide a Guardian Ad Litem. I think that is in my daughter's best interest.

Thanks!
Mimi
