If I dont want to pay Child Support how can I get it to stop

There is no way your going to get out of paying child support. You cnnnot just sign your rights over,the law is if the mother is married and her husband were to want to adopt the children then you can sign over your rights. You might want to check with some family members or friends she may have to get an address. You need an address in order to file a motion with the court for visitation,if you already have a visitation order inforce then you can file a motion against her for contempt of court for not following the stipulation for visitation.

If you don't want to pay child support and don't see your child you can sign your rights to your child away

How serious is the legal issue? Serious enough to place you in jail for a long time? If so then why are you concerned about child support and paying it? If you are already runnming from the police what's the difference if you're running for refusal to pay child support or driving without a license? (just an example, I have no idea what your legal issues are)

Dont ever think of your daughter as 'just a bill'. You, as her dad. are entitled to see her unless there are reasons unknown to us that would preclude your having visits with her. If not, your ex has no right at all to do what she is doing and this could be construed as kidnapping.

Go to the court where you send support. File a motion (they'll show you how) and tell them you demand visitation. The mother will be forced to produce the child.

I don't understand why men are treated this way by the courts and why they allow their ex wives/girlfriends to run the show, micromanage everything in the order and not in the order and keep the man on a string like a puppet, paying support and never knowing the child. It's an absolute disgrace and it has to stop.

Men need to be proactive regarding custody, visitation, etc. In these times when we have almost wiped discrimination against other races we still treat our men, no matter what color, like second class citizens. This is one woman who thinks that the courts had better change their ways as they are contributing to society going down the tubes.

Come on Hamlet, show that ex that you ARE the father and you WILL see your daughter. We are behind you. Never, ever give a part of yourself away and she is a part of you. You'll be sorry in the future if you do something that drastic. Do it for her...do it for you.....Good Luck to you.
