Child support not spent on children

There is not alot you can do this happens often. Have you tried talking with her mother? I would talk to the children and try to see whats going on. i know that my sons ex sends the children over to him with no clothes and he had to buy them clothes and keep at his house. He sent them home in what they came over in. If you are worried that their not properly cared for then you can always go back to court. Check with family members and see what is going on It is hard to believe a loving parent would do this so my concern would be with the parent and see what her promblem is. Good luck

I would call your local social services agency. In addition, keep a jounal of all the problems and document all the issues just in case you do need to return to court on this or other issues. Keep trying your their only voice. Best Wishes!

i'd see if you could get custody and use this as a reason to prove she is not fit to be the main custody person of your children

Very sad ! However that money helps pay for there bills rent light gas food and so on just because they dont take your check each month and shop for the kids does not mean the money is not going to them!
