Arrested while currently paying child support

I have been currently paying my support through my employer for over 15 months. A warrant was issued from New York and I live in another state and I was arrested and have been ordered to travel back to New York. This is jepordizing my job. They have already taken my drivers license and passport that cost me my previous job. This being heard in Federal Court in two weeks. Is there any way for me to not have to travel back to New York and possibly lose this job? They are paying for my travel to but not back and I can not afford the flight back.

You need a good lawyer. You have to go, even at the cost of your job, it is a warrant, if you cannot affors an attorney, I would sujest that you talk o your boss and explain the situration that is all you can do. Wish there ere some good news I could give you on this one.
