Can a child who is now 21 years of age go after a parent for child support

Even tho at the time this child was born the mother and father had a verbal agreement that the mother would take full responsabilty and did not name the father on the birth record and just recently this 21 year old found her father and wants him to pay child support.

Not going to happen, a child cannot file for child support against a parent, and the father is not on the childs birth certifiacte and if there has never been a child support order though the courts then even the custodial parent cannot go back and try to get child support.
