It depends on which state you are in, but in general, you do have to pay child support until they graduate college

It depends on where the child support case is.

if it is in Indiana and it goes by Indiana laws, then you will be paying until graduation or 21

Or else, if it is by Kentucky laws, then you only have to pay until 18 or the end of college

so it does depend on which state the child custody agreement is with.
