If your ex wants to agree to have the child support dropped, then you both would need to go on line under legal forms and get a form for modivacation for child support and you both will need to fill it out and sign it and file it with the court, depending on your incom you can also down load a wavier form asking the court to wavier the filing and court fee. It will be up to the judge to grant this, but usally when both parents agree an something the court usally allows it. This is the only legal way that this can be done. The mother can always file a motion for child support anytime in the future if she changes her mind.
