Family Court: Child Support

I have two questions: 1) I am the full-time custodial parent to my two children their deadbeat mother pays nothing and the Connecticut judicial system is a moronic cesspoal! Their mother has been ordered by the court to pay and since that time she has stated she is on SSI and will not do so. So my two children are basically ass out in recieving any form of support.

Anyway my question is how do I find a lawyer to address this matter and my own past arrearage. The state is forcing me to pay 35.00 a week and allow my ex a free pass on 196.00 a week.

Anyway, I need a lawyer in Connecticut who will take the case pro-bono.
