He works and gets paid cash so i get no money,but he does help get her sport eqipment when i ask him to.

Are you divorced? Is there a court ordered child support on file? If not it will be hard but not impossible. They can use his tax returns to help figure out what his payments should be. But you may need to take him back to court to get it if he wont do it vounteerily. Best to contact child suport office and ask for assisatance.
