How long from the date due does the other Parent have to pay the child support?

Okay. I am the custodial parent, and my ex has been ordered to pay child support on the first of every month. The problem is, she never does. Last month she didn't pay until the 29th. I would like to know how long she has to pay the support. I've been told by a family member that Florida law allows 14 days, but I want to make sure before I present this to her.

You can call the child suuport division and they will tell you. It should be paid on the due date. However the courts probary won't do anything because it is late. People get so far behind in their payments and the court has a hard time getting the support,so their not going to be to concerned that it is late.
