Procrastinating with response to my filing
I'm in Florida and I agreed to give custody of my 3 children to my ex-husband while I went to Ohio to sell my current husband house. With the market the way it is, it took 2 years, all the while I was paying him child support. Now, I'm back in Florida and live 13 miles away from them and our divorce papers say that "when I move back to Florida, we will go to Shared custody, 2 weeks per month with each of us. My ExH is not going through with the shared custody as the divorce papers say that I have to purchase a home within 10 miles of their home. I filed a Modification of Support back in October and he has yet to get his attorney to file for a hearing. I want to see my children more and NO support was to be exchanged when I moved back.
