Srs in kansas are about to take my son in a cinc case against the father who has sole custody who will be made to pay

If CPS is involved in taking a child out of a home the the state can go after both parents for support. I would be less worried about who is responiable for support and more concerned about what is going to happen to your son. Is there a rason you as the mother cannot try to get your son? You never stated why the father had sole custody. If there is a reason that you can't help your child then all I can say is yes the state can and will presue both parents for support.

I know where my son is going to his grandmas which is where he wants to go and i am okay with that his dad is about to leave country so i was wondering if i will be the only parent to pay he is using the i am leaving to be a missionery thing

Its okay for people to judge me but i was in bad shape as a person for many years i am not now no drugs stable living my son and i talk and see each other and love one another but his grandma was there for 14 straight years and i see nothing wrong with him going to her house,i am worried about my household if i am the only parent paying srs for the little amount of time they should be involved with my sons case by the way they are removing my son from his dads house due to physical and emotional abuse but not once has srs made any contact with me, but they want me to pay for them removing him when i never was giving the opp. to take custody myself i pay child support every month even when the father makes sure i dont see my child
