You will have to continue to pay the child support that the court has issued in the state that it was issued. If your ex is filing a motion to modifly the orignal child support order,she can file however thaat does not mean she can get anymore than your paying now. If you go to court you have a better chance of her not getting it raised. If you are making more money the court could allow for the raise,if not then she is more likley not to get an increase.
