WHat are my rights

How do I place myself on child support? My daughters mother and I agreed to an amount and she tries to change it every month.

Contact your local FSR or social services office. Tell them what is going on and they will be more than happy to help you out.

You need to file with the court to pay child support. They go by your incom usally 25%. If you do not pay though the court you will be living in tumor forever and it is not worth it believe me.
